Greetings current SLIS students and recent alums! Please find below information details of an upcoming, on campus event. Contact information is listed below. Space is limited and a firm commitment is required.

What: 17th Special Libraries Symposium
When: Wednesday, July 25th, 2012, from 6:00-8:00PM
Where: The Catholic University of America, Aquinas Hall 108

Participating: Top information professional panelists from D.C. metro area, students in LSC 888, and a limited number of other students in the CUA SLIS program. Panelists currently confirmed represent such organizations as the National Institutes of Health, Library of Congress, U.S. Department of Justice, Jones Day, the FDA, Himmelfarb Health Sciences Library/The George

Washington University, the American Prospect, Consumer Electronics Association and SLA/Special Libraries Association. We'll also be joined by this year's ALA Google Policy Fellow.
